Welsh Custom Slitting & Rewinding began in 1992 as Dunsirn Industries, which was later sold to Avery Dennison. The Welsh Family acquired the business in 2011, retaining all key personnel and equipment. ISO 9001:2015 certified, we possess decades of operating experience and an arsenal of precision-based tools and machinery.
Located in the city of Greensboro, NC, heart and hub of the Piedmont Triad region, Welsh Custom is perfectly situated near the I-40, I-73 and I-85 interstate corridors for convenient ingress and egress of goods. Our processing facility consists of 96,000 square feet of workspace, including multiple climate-controlled “clean rooms.”

We utilize a variety of slitting and surface winding methods, and process dozens of rolled materials. Warehousing, trouble-shooting and quick turnaround times have also helped us to consistently satisfy our customers.
